#04/2025): A federal entity in Islamabad is hiring for two technical posts—General Manager (Electronics) and Chargeman (Aero Engine)—with monthly packages
around Rs 265,000+ and Rs 87,900+ respectively. The GM slot welcomes BE (13 years’ post-degree experience), MS (11 years) or PhD (8
years) in an electronics field, preferably with work in
project planning, instrumentation and control, production management, and
vendor coordination; the Chargeman role targets retired
CWO/WO/AWO personnel holding a 3-year Aero Engine diploma plus 4 years’ maintenance. Eligibility caps the age at 35 years (relaxation only in exceptional
cases), limits candidates to no more than
two second divisions across the academic record, and
requires a first-division final degree from
HEC/PEC-recognized institutions; note that experience counts only after completion of the final degree.
